Return/Exchange Policy

  1. If you need to return/exchange the product/s due to any issues, please contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 
  2. To return the products, no pickups available, you have to send the parcel to us through various courier services.
  3. If eligible, refund will be made within 24 hours of receiving the return parcel.
